I come from a coffee growing region. Kwa Mountains. I used to spray the coffee for so long but I can’t recall the actual names for the chemicals. They were supplied by the sacco. But I havent interacted with for long. But ikikam ni sawa. But in my area people tend to die alot.

For HIV I have little pity, one guy in my village married a young girl who was infected, the man loved going to the mburoti in the evening to watch kiojo then movie up to 10:00 pm. Other men learnt his pattern and would rush to his home to meet his generous wife. They told each other and encouraged one another to pay a visit. That’s how 4 married brothers, many friends and many neighbors got it and took to their wives. From their I knew being faithful and having one sex partner is one way of preventing HIV.

Am talking of people who are undergoing chemotherapy in the neighborhood 6 in total.
4 neighbors are under arv including their wives. My grandpa is a cancer survivor while my dad died last year due to cancer.
