Why solar power is useless

Nice article in the Business daily. Says switching to solar is useless.

That article is written by kengen people, but its 100% true.

I think this is the only solar power that works cost effectively.

solar tutanunua alafu kuna article nliona kuna mtu anasave 140k every month kwa biz yake vile alianza kutumia solar

I have been using solar energy for 11 years, Solar is Powerful and Solar is cost-effective. Sijai regret kukuwa na solar panels as the main power supplier.

Ni pesa imepunguzwa, soon they will impose heavy tax on solar equipments

That article has lots of half truths regarding lifespans and costs. I have a solar installation which i continue upgrading and can’t regret

They shouldn’t be scared. Demand for the kind of power will always be there.
Solar will probably replace lightnings and charging or powering small appliances.
But for manufacturing, grid power will always be required.

Kenya power fighting back. Infact kengen wameamua kuanza kuuzia raia stima direct.

What do you expect of an article written by a Communications Director from KenGen? I have solar installed in my house and another in my business premises (a fairly “big” complex) powering lights and pumping systems. No complaint so far. Stay on the grid if you want but solar works just fine.

The article ends :

IMr Ochieng’ is chief communications officer, KenGen[/I]

From the article you can sense panic from this monopolies ! now they are trashing solar !

How mdau?

True story. Solar photovoltaic only makes sense in remote places without the grid. I threw mine away when rural electrification arrived . Batteries are damn expensive and die in 3 years.

KPLC tunawaonea 18

Huyo writer ni kama wale postwall wiminz hutumia scare tactics kusema 18-24 are kids, therefore those men vibing them are paedos.

People must scare you away from their competitors so that they stay afloat.

Solar is the best, provided no short cuts in initial connection. Majority in the rurals skip crucial components doing DIY connections. For value of money buy tried tested complete units and let the company do the upgrades.
Naona Chinese wametengeneza hata 3 phase units. Kenya power wataona moshi if they can’t serve us well.
