In the traditional days(millions of years) the strongest men were always praised, they were always admired not weak pusieess they took land by force, they worn wars e.t.c on the other hand money is new(60 years in Kenya). woman then decided to mate with the strongest males(the strongest males would prevent the weak males from mating) and that’s how they evolved…proof
being strong makes you confident, how confident are you walking around in town knowing that you are packing 100 kg+ of pure muscle on your frame and you can dead lift two cows the answer very very very confident. women like confident men …proof
good looking men earn more than ugly men. am not saying packing on muscle will make one good looking am just saying having body that’s appealing to the eye may also make you appealing to your clients hence promotion if its in a firm hence more money…proof
you are healthy. strength training has been shown to prevent weakening of the bornes caused by aging. you will also be strong at an old age to fuck the current slay queens… proof
I can offer free advice to get you to 160 kg dead-lift from your pathetic 50 kg dead-lift don’t be a weak pussy.
Your idea of working out is biased… looking like king kong doesn’t necessarily mean you is healthy or strong… a person who joggs or does calisthenics on regular basis is in better shape than you will ever be.
